These logs are excerpts from my daily all-band reports, mainly SWBC, also
VHF/UHF, sometimes utility, ham, which may be found in several archives without
much delay, such as
http://www.hard-core-dx.com/index.php?topic=Hauser

And compiled weekly along with extensive news from many other individuals and
publications in DX LISTENING DIGEST:
http://www.worldofradio.com/dxldmid.html

All my MW DX reports starting August 2011 are archived in this forum with open
access:
http://forums.wtfda.org/showthread.php?6543-MW-DX-from-Enid-OK-by-Glenn-Hauser/page41

All times and dates strictly UT. Rx: mostly DX-398 with internal antenna only
or PL-880; NRD-545 with ALA-330S inside E-W or inside randomwire N-S; Nissan
stock caradio as specified; ICR-75 with E-W longwire; FRG-7 with NW-SE shortwire

** MEXICO. 700, Dec 3 at 1320-1327+, rustic off-key fiddle & guitar tunes,
occasional shouts interspersed, roughly from WSW so presumably the usual,
XEETCH, native 5 kW daytimer in Etchojoa, Sonora; the only other possibility
XEGD in Parral, Chihuahua. Alone on the frequency, with not much else from
Mexico on low-band; yet by 1339 UT it`s out and WLW is back in.

Enid sunrise today: 1326 UT; our latest at 1343 UT will not be for another
month, but our earliest sunset of the year is almost upon us: 2316 UT (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

UNIDENTIFIED. 891.0, Nov 28 at 0205, het upon WLS 890.0 Chicago, instantly
bringing to mind the 600/300 kW Algerian, altho I seem to recall it`s ailing.
The only other TA superpower over there is the 300 kW TRT in Antalya, Turkey,
where all the Russian expat residents are getting real nervous. Incomplete MW
scan notices no other TA carriers, of course checking secondly 1521 for Saudi.
KOKC 1520 has enough problems with the CCI from Minnesota (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)

** MEXICO. 1140, Dec 1 at 0210, full ID from XEMR claiming 50 kW todo el día,
ending with ``Manantial`` as in spring, source of salvation. Dominant signal,
into hymn. It usually is atop, belying its alleged tangent-southwestward from
Monterrey NL circle at night in NRC Pattern Book, vs daytime non-direxional.
Mexican conditions may be above average, with bigsigs from 1570 XERF, 1050 XEG,
990 XET (but not 1220 XEB --- see USA: KZEE log) (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)

** MEXICO. [Re DXLD 15-47, XEPZ 1190 Juárez:] GRM's agreement to operate two
Radiorama FMs terminated and the result was a massive format shuffle on most of
GRM's stations (XHEPR went from Radio Centro to Planeta, XHEM from Planeta to
La Z, and there were changes on AM such as this one) and Radiorama installing
its own formats on XHIM and XHNZ.

GRM does maintain an El Paso facility, at 2100 Trawood Drive. Their US
subsidiary is also known as Southern Radio, which apparently also has some sort
of connection to KXOS's ad sales (another example of GRM-GRC synergy).(Raymie
Humbert, AZ, Nov 26, WTFDA Forum via DXLD)

UNIDENTIFIED. 1521.0, Nov 29 at 0152 UT, 1-kHz het upon KOKC, presumed BSKSA
Duba, SAUDI ARABIA; no other TA carriers noted (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)

UNIDENTIFIED. 1521.0, Dec 1 at 0206, JBA het audible against KOKC. I have
little doubt it`s 2-megawatt BSKSA, but should keep filing it as unID lest I
miss it in excerpting MW log reports (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
