Depending on if KUAU is using 15 KW. If the KMIK IBOC is strong, I am sure that will make is rougher. 1500 Honolulu may be your best best as they have been received in So CA many times through the years. They do run 10 KW and I don't believe you have any IBOC on 1490 or 1510 to deal with. Here,

I am a faithful listener of Bill Pierce (RIP) and nightsounds will be going on for a very long time. Alot of these stations are actually linked to KSOH. This is a west coast station. He is on at 10:00 pacific time. That of course 1 am eastern. The number on Maui's website is not correct. Radio

Don't count on KUAU 1570 Haiku being what you heard for a few reasons. 1.) They aren't listed as an affiliate of Nightsounds 2.) Theyre listed on their own website as Conservative Christian Talk (and have an FM sister that plays music) and 3.) THey have been listed as silent on and off a few times
