Even the big guns seemed a bit weaker this morning at Kalaloch. Some limited
audio from 666 and 738 were a couple of the highlights. Report to come later as
it’s time to head down the road.

It was primarily a big gun TP session here this morning as Asian propagation
took a slight step backward from the past two days. 594, 693, 747, 972 and 1566
all managed S9 peaks for brief moments during a sharp daybreak boost around
1340, but unlike yesterday, second tier Asian audio was tough t

Glenn Hauser, a regular contributor to this list, DX'ed in the USVI many years
ago. The report was quite interesting.
Tons of Latin Americans of course and a reasonable representation of Europe,
Africa, and the Middle East (though not much different from often-used shore
stations received here in MA.

Regarding a more southern DX spot. The US Virgin Islands are also on my list,
just not during hurricane season!

Mark,
I appreciate your insights, particularly regarding Latin American stations. A
trip to the Maritimes is on my radar. Not sure when, but sooner than later. I
met Kaz at Grayland some time ago and I indeed drooled over the DX he
experienced in Newfoundland. As I recall

Gary + Craig - We definitely need one of you to get to the eastern side of the
continent and take a crack at things from New England, PEI, Nova Scotia,
Newfoundland - or, maybe even more interestingly, Bermuda or Barbados.

Well, it's definitely a new feeling to get smoked by another FSL user in TP-DX
reception! Congratulations again to Craig Barnes in not only mastering the 3.5
inch "Baby FSL" model, but in using it to track down an astonishing number of
Asian stations on the ocean coast at Kalaloch, WA this morni
Hello All,
Asian propagation improved this morning on both the low and high band, with the
regulars on 594 and 603 both having very good peaks after a sharp sunrise
enhancement boost around 1335.
At my 1310 start time only 594-JOAK was managing fair audio on the low band,
but almost a f

Hello All,
If Bruce thought that we were DXing in different universes yesterday, he will
probably think that we were DXing in different galaxies this morning. In one of
the most bizarre sessions in recent memory, the Korean 603-HLSA was pounding in

Hello All,
It was another vibrant morning for Asian TP's here, with a good variety of
signals from both Japan and the Asian mainland. 558-HLQH (fair), 594-JOAK
(good), 657-Pyongyang (good), 738-Taiwan (fair), 747-JOIB (good), 828-JOBB
