That is such a common practice for a lot of businesses whether they believe
it is ethical or not (which I believe it is unethical) strictly on a legal
and money standpoint. Money is a root to all evil as they say.

The manager of the store I spoke to did not know when he would be closed.
He had already been required
to lay off all but one part time employee. He spent most of the time we
