I don't know yet about earlier conditions in Victoria, but this
morning showed the first example that I've seen of the "winter high
band sunrise enhancement" (if that is enough qualifiers for
you...)Erratic fading of carriers above about 1300kHz, and not
much below, These can be strong
Conditions this morning were very poor. But I was up later than usual
last night --846 had a big het and produced traces of audio at 0554 utc.
