[IRCA] Shortwave Reception, ID Help needed

I've never relaly ever listened to shortwave before and I don't have any sort of listening guide handy.. Where is Radio Taiwan International broadcasting from on 5.95mHZ? They are in english too.. Any good tips on where to get a list of shortwave stations? -- Paul B. Walker, Jr.
