Checked the WRTH and Romania is listed as Network 1, so completely in
Romanian I would guess, even though Hungarian is spoken in Romania
according to the handbook, but a 50 KW European Russian? I doubt Algeria
would be running anything in a Slovak language. Strange.

Did not think it was Romanian, but a def Slovak lang, but with 400 KW,
Romania may run other languages. I have not checked the WRTH.
