Hi Les, I've logged three different TIS stations here within the last 2-3 years. I haven't DXed the channel in a long time (more on that below), so I can't confirm if all three are still on the air. Perhaps the last two were heard testing, I don't remember anymore. The three I'm thinking of are

Despite checking the frequency on a nearly nightly basis for years, I can honestly say that I’ve yet to log any station on 1710 KHz. This includes pirates, TIS stations, etc. To my knowledge only one TIS station is authorized to broadcast here, which I believe to be WQFG689
