Location is about 50 miles dues east of Winnipeg so still pretty much in the middle of NA. We weren't expecting a lot because the area had been struck by high winds a couple of times in the summer and we hadn't been able to do any antenna repairs before yesterday and there is only so much

Hi Pete, Level 5 carrier is How come there not putting any audio through. This is from the chart that John Bryant sent me. I must have listened for 20 minutes on the channel. No threshold audio either (level 6). I can't recall hearing any TA carriers on this before. 1215 the main channel

Checked the 9 hz splits and heard a few carriers. The strongest being 1386 with a level 5 carrier. Time listened 0355-0438 ut. Aimed the Ewe in the NE direction. With the A K indices at 0, thought I give it a try. Carriers levels: 51386 4693 3

Fair number of TA carriers heard tonight, with the strongest being 1377, 1089 and 1215. I counted somewhere around 15 or 20 audible hets. No audio. I did note that on SW, Radio Ukraine International strong with S9 + 10 strength in English now (03:30) on 7440.quite unusual..Walt
