[IRCA] TP's for 1-18; Victoria version

Not quite the vibrancy you describe (hi) here in Victoria Gary . Very weak audio on 828, man talking at 1527, and s/off chimes at 1541UT; 1287 also had a man talking deep in the splash at 1536UT, but otherwise mostly carriers, with the "best" being 1566. There's always tomorrow. best wishes
