how do you enhance the paint-peeling performance that was going on
earlier on the NHK stations in particular.

strengths were very erratic, so odd channels would appear out of
nowhere then disappear again. This happened from 1300UT, but
primarily after 1400UT, then suddenly fell apart at 1424UT.
