I'm not sure what caused it, but mid-October anomaly for sure today; there were traces of NHK2 around 1340UT and 1348UT in Victoria, but the bulk of the limited entertainment was after 1400UT pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): not today
