As Gary noted, a slipping back into the dark ages of DXingexcept I get rescued a bit by Aussies here. The other thing to note is that Asiatic frequencies 774, 972 etc. were delivering strong carriers at 1230UT, but I wasn't recording then. By 1300UT, things were mostly pretty grim, and

Walt's observation of 1566 powering in around 1500UT the morning was right on the money, but there was a little bit of other DX between 1300 and 1400UT as well, so things are slowly recovering pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 774 JOUB
