A very mixed bag today with everything apparently from New Zealand to
China being heard, if only briefly. Conditions were erratic, and
stations heard were in the lower part of the band. No sunrise enhancement.

listening. Almost all Asia. Low band big guns did reasonably well
13-14UT, then there was a two stage pre-sunrise lift, one at about
1440UT, then another at 1510UT.

What a frustrating mess is the best I can say. Conditions were
reasonable from about 1430UT onwards, mostly the big guns though not
terribly strong. A little after 1500UT, things really opened up,
sort of. Lots of carriers, extremely erratic fading meant that you
were never sure from

morning; HLAZ pretty much owned what there was of sunrise enhancement.

Another morning owned by HLAZ which was quite thunderous at various
times from 1445UT to after 1530UT, but there was a fair bit else of
interest, and mystery, as well. Old regulars made themselves felt
at various times after 1300UT, then a bit of a quiet period after
1400UT, picking up again
