Tahiti 738 Radio Polynesie, France International in with a S-9 signal at 0805 utc. Some moderate splatter from KCBS 740.  Only other carrier on a split channel heard is 1008 kHz with about a level 5 carrier.  No ideas on the location of this station.   Best regards,   Dennis, Kalama, WA JRC
