PLEASE read the [IRCA] mailing list guidelines at http://www.ircaonline.org/guidelines.htm I went there in 2003 taking the boat across from Long Beach. Had my handheld scanner, there was a lot of activity on the Marine channels, most of it the "don't forget the chips, beer, eggs & milk" variety.
