Nick,
I think you are right. The 1053 South Korean jammer is indeed operating
with low modulation. The carrier seems to be as strong as ever, but the
noise is much weaker. This Fall/Winter/Spring I have heard JOAR Nagoya
much more often in the clear.

Quite right Nick, I did hear the jammer on the 22nd. Actually first
time I'd heard the audio in a while, though I often get a strongish
carrier when conditions are decent.

Dennis, I think you surmised it was the Korean jammer without modulation, yet
I've heard the distinctive jamming sound, just very weak. I think someone else
has heard it rec
listened on and off from 1330-1400, though 828 still has faint audio
at 1430, so there may have been action in the last half hour, but it
seemed that the peak had occurred by 1350:
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 594 (quite good
earlier on) 747, 774, 828, 1566 during JJ bro
