[IRCA] UNID TP on 945 heard in New Jersey

After reviewing our recordings from this morning (11/8) we determined that about 1056, we heard some audio. It was someone talking, probably a male, but there was not enough of a signal to determine the language. We will be trying again tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any idea for which
