I think creating a seperate group would be a bad idea as some people get too
much mail already and this would dtract from the IRCA. I also think sending

Neither IRCA nor NRC nor WTFDA lists allow attachments, along with many
groups for obvious reasons - too much bandwidth, irrelevance, viruses,
trojans, etc. I'd hate to see any of them change. I subscribe to a few
small specialty lists which do, which as you point out is appropriate.
