The London Times atlas shows a Ban Phachi at 14 28N, 100 41E. Don't
some of the old QSLs show coordinates?

Vivian A. Darpat. It's the QSL card with the world inside a star.

Can't find the actual coordinates for the VOA site, but it has to be
