I picked up WHO 1040 on my clock radio here in Southern IL several times
Friday night and they seemed to be consistently on the air so this must've
been happening overnight.

WHO 1040 in Des Moines has been of the air a couple of times this
morning. I am not sure if it is from ice loading on the tower, or loss
of power from ice on the power lines. Fair chunks of Iowa have been
