In Victoria, 3 stations were heard on 1430: KBRC Mount Vernon, WA with Oldies format, KCLK Asotin, WA with Sports, but the dominant station was KYKN, Keizer, OR with talk format and lots of IDs, and local ads, often at very good levels. Needless to say, not a hint of WIONWalt Salmaniw On Su
