That would be a good station to check for here in Mid Winter. I did not
know any legal TIS stations operated on 1710. The Seattle Russian pirate
is still on 1710.

the Rebelde transmitters in
Reasonably readable sigs from this TIS tonight but with some QRM from something
w/mx. This freq has been cleared up but a couple of FCC busts. What else is
still on 1710 from east of me?
