As I recall, WVLG is licensed for 930 Watts day to, non directional day and
night... i doubt one would notice much differenc ein their day or night
signal.
As I was told, The Villages... the town of The Villages actually owns the
radio station.

They are running 840 watts, not bad for the time of day and distance, plus
having to fight though Cuba. BUT, we have some weird conditions tonight.
