WYPC has been back on the air since last Tuesday (1/29) but
signal appears weaker than usual. They still have adult standards. I can't
help wondering why, if they want to make this a going proposition, they
don't apply for the old Jackson 1280, get 1 kw days and pro
A Class D, which is what WYPC is, can remain a Class D if they move to
another frequency.
however, moving from 1330 to 1280 would be considered a major change and can
only be done when the FCC opens the filing window, which wont be for
awhile. A Minor changei s 30Khz either way.
