The RNE stations (as well as the COPE and SER stations), give local ID's during
their short bits of local programming scheduled several times during the day.
Boel's EMWG guide lists the local and regional programming breaks; the WRTH may
also do this but I can't recall for sure, and
The European Medium Wave Guide gives the times when the RNE, SER and COPE
stations have scheduled regional and local breaks. In practice,
particularly during sports programs, the breaks don't seem to appear. On
the other hand, some SER stations use the local ID more often than the
scheduled break
