Hey all, Just got an email from the station in id. that I heard the other
night! Got to get him some more info about the time I logged them. I`m not in
their skip zone(they go directional at night)yet heard anyway at night! Will
post more later about this. Good dx to all, Robbie in Wyoming

In southeast New Mexico, KFI's night signal has had a good improvement but
the co channel QRM from the 640 in Juarez makes them unlistenable. On the
other hand KNX-1070 with less signal strength is quite listenable with a lack
of
garbage underneath.
On a side note,

Hi Nick, Check out Peters reply to me. I think he may be right about
it being a combination of our email clients and the way he creates
his posts that is causing the problem.

Amen.
Email list posts should always be sent in plain text. Not HTML, Not Rich
Text. Plain text. Most decently run lists will strip messages back to
plain text, or not allow non-plain text messages period.

Most e-lists are geared to accept plain text. Rich Text is used in some
word processing apps but it introduces some additional features which
not all e-list software works well with and also not all email software
works well with either. The name pretty much tells you that it is an

Enough... that last post in "rich format" was posted here bunched together, the
copy in my "sent" folder is fine. Something is happening with the "new and
improved" MSN rich format here. Now back to the eggnog, heck the holidays
start early here in New England... 73z. Thanks Paul.

I should have checked this before, the e-mail I sent yeaterday that was posted
bunched without breaks, is archived in my "sent" folder just fine. I sent it
to another e-mail address in both forms, plain text and rich text, and both
came throuh just fine. The only other thing I can think of is
I don't mean to pick or be rude, but it seems several members who have
hotmail or msn send an email and you can't tell where their reply ends or
what they've quoted begins.. as evidenced below.
I'm not blaming the members, I just think MSN and or Hotmail doesn't format
things... can we fix this?
