Bismillah, Sadl but true, indeed, Imams at the Houston Masjid of Al-Islam / Mercy Community Center continue a decades old practice of blocking worshippers access to Allah's House of Worship andworship services, after they have answered the call to prayer. They do so by dictate, without filing charges, or holding any due process judicial proceedings or proving them guilty of any offenses, without giving them any opportunity to defend themselvesk and without giving any Islamic justification for these practices..
These Imams are blocking worshipers access to Allah's House of Worship in the same manner that the Meccan enemies of Islam blocked Prophet Muhammad and his Ummah's (PBUT) access to the Kabbah. This practice is condemned by Allah in the Holy Quran Sura 2-217 " They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter.."
