O you who asked my madhab and aqidah!
Ibn Taymiyyah (ra)
Jilau'l-Aynayn fi Muhaqamati'l-Ahmadayn, 58
O you who asked my madhab and aqidah! May the one who asks for the sake of
finding the truth, be lead to the truth!
Lend your ears to the one who tells his word with verification of it, who will
not turn back from his word and who does not change his word.
My path is the love of the all of the ashab, I will make this a wasila to be
close to Allah (swt) by being close to them.
Each of them has articulate qadr and fadilah, but among them Siddik is the one
with most fadilah
I tell regarding the Quran what is mentioned in it, it is qadim, and had been
revealed from Allah (awj)
I accept all ayah regarding the asma wa sifat as they had been revealed on haqq
I let the responsibility of it to those who narrate it and I will defend it
against every imaginary
The one who left the Quran aside and started his sentence with evidence
al-Ahtal
what a bad deed he would have done!
Mumin will see their Rabb as haqq and without kayfiyyah howness- (as described
in the hadith) He comes down to the sama
I will confess and accept the mizan and the hawd which I hope to drink its
water to quench my thirst.
Likewise the sirat which will be extended upon jahannam. Muwahhid ones will be
saved and others will be abandoned.
The one who is unfortunate to the fire of jahannam will go there with the
necessity of the divine wisdom, likewise the one who has taqwa will enter to
jannah.
His deeds will be with him in his qabr which is alive and sane and he will be
asked in his qabr.
Behold this is the aqidah of Shafii, Malik, Abu Hanifah and also Ahmad which is
narrated.
If you follow their path, you will be objected to the divine tawfiq. If you put
forth a path of bidah no one will accept your path as a mount.
