THE EDITOR FOR PUBLICATION 2 Nov/08 WARNING TO ALL MUSLIMS: PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THE PROPHETIC/RELIGIOUS METHOD OF ANIMAL SLAUGHTER(ZABIHA) AND TO KEEP THE LAW OF THE LAND:(Muslims and Jews are allowed to slaughter their animals without the use of any stunning) Please allow me to make this important reminder and request at this critical time and when a lot of activities and meetings are going on now behind the doors in order to undermine and stop our PROPHETIC/RELIGIOUS METHOD OF ANIMAL SLAUGHTER: Please remember that it is very important that we all try our best and all efforts in order to keep the present law: MUSLIMS AND JEWS ARE ALLOWED TO SLAUGHTER THEIR ANIMALS WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY STUNNING(exemption from stunning) Please be aware of the game and the blackmails propagated more lately by few "muslim" businessmen in order to undermine our true prophetic and Islamic method of slaughter,done only for profits and financial reasons, when they said: The meat is considered halal as long as the stunned animal is alive after stunning? This is very serious and is very damaging to our Halal cause and unfortunately many Ulamas have been fooled and fell in the trap when they accepted stunning as long as the animal did not die or is alive after???? They have forgotten all other haram,health hazards and animal cruelty as a result of stunning which were prooved by many scientific medical researches: -Any stunning used causes pain( according to EEG studies) and is cruel to the animal ,who is unable to talk or complaint...inflicting pain and cruelty on any animal is not allowed in Islam.-Weakening the heart as a result of stunning thus pumping less blood outside and having more blood inside:high risk of blood consumption and causing also minutes haemorrhages inside the meat(Salt and Pepper haemorrhage) which does make the blood clot inside the meat and does not go out at all leading to poisoning and making the meat rotten.Any amount of blood is haram to consume in Islam ,besides it is a high risk health hazard.-Changing and disrupting the natural healthy (Tayyib) ingredients of the meat..thus making the meat unhealthy and not tayyib and harmful to health.-Most important:the deprivation of the animal who has been made unconscious from HEARING TASMIAH(Bismillah ALLAH AKBAR) which has prooven scientifically and medically by about 25 top doctors and scientists in Damascus Universities in Syria to: cause SEDATION to the animal(as well as the slaughterman) and TO PURIFY AND HEAL the animal from any blood or bacteria.(if any one want I have DVD to send on that ). -Also, it has been prooved that it is very DIFFICULT to MONITOR every animal slaughtered especially when in poultry you try to slaughter 12 000/hour or more , and to be sure that the animal did not die as a result of stunning???Muslims today are unfortunately eating a lot of so called ?halal chicken/meat which came from animals who died before the slaughter or Zabiha. -Many States in the US has banned the stunning of the cow because of the risk of causing BSE/Mad cow disease? -Etc... -In Islam ,According to all Muftis and Ulamas,when there is any thing controversial(SHUBUHA) or doubtful ,like stunning,it is the duty of every Muslim to avoid it completely :"AVOID WHAT IS DOUBTFUL TO WHAT IS NOT DOUBTFUL" Hadith of the prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him). Finally,let us all remember that our beloved prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) the teacher to all and the mercy to man and animal,has clearly declared WAR/TO FIGHT in a clear Authentic Hadith any one WHO DOES NOT SLAUGHTER THE ANIMAL as he did.Remember also that the official Muslim view in Brirain is:MUSLIMS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF STUNNING IN THEIR ZABIHA.. it is amazing and surprising that our cousins (the Jews )follow prophet Moses in their animal slaughter(without any stunning) better than many Muslims?.
