1 support is 'good enough' :)
There's some test WCCPv2 code but I don't think its been adequately
tested.

You might find he doesn't need to run a cluster - or perhaps moving
the images onto a seperate server will free up enough resources to keep
things going.
I'd consider this before looking at a clustered setup.
(FYI: I've had excellent results with very image-inte
-10.html#ss10.24
.. and the later squids let do you all sorts of fun stuff with
customised
error pages. I suggest you look at upgrading to a late 2.4 or even
2.5.stable1.
