A {{listAllConsumersAsJSON}} already exists, but it would be useful to get the
same for ServerSessions with a {{listAllSessionsAsJSON}} to find all sessions
connected rather than just per connection (i.e. {{listSessionsAsJSON}}). The
vast majority of connections will only have one session (especially STOMP,
AMQP, etc.,) so iterating round and calling {{listSessionsAsJSON}} is onerous.
