Summary: CLI "queue stat" : warn user when maxRows has been reached

The command "queue stat" have the option --maxRows that limits the number of
queue displayed, by default the value is 50.
There is no way, for the user, to understand if the list of the queues
displayed has been limited or not.
Please let the user to be aware if the limit has been reached.
