Hive Server Interactive server start failing with UnsupportedCharsetException

2018-02-08 01:18:52,428 - The 'hive-server2-hive2' component did not advertise
a version. This may indicate a problem with the component packaging. However,
the stack-select tool was able to report a single version installed
(3.0.0.0-801). This is the version that will be reported.
