    [CARBONDATA-2931][BloomDataMap] Optimize bloom datamap pruning

    1. re-use shard pruning info from default datamap
    2. create one BloomCoarseGrainDataMap object per segment instead of per 
shard. (This is also  preparation for parallel segment pruning)
