Resolution: Fixed
Code between 4.2 and 4.3 looks diverged, the patch does not apply on 4.3, the
functional calls are totally different. Skipping
Related issue already fixed on 4.4, 4.5 and master:

6599 has a commit changing db schema and is an improvement so skipping to
backport on 4.3.
