As per this thread there seems to be a bug affecting at least Adv zone + SG and
Basic zones; the usage stats for network are missing completely.

There are no obvious errors anywhere, no exception in the logs and so on.
The API will simply not show any data when "listusagerecords" is called with
type "4" or "5"; the cloud_usage DB is also completely missing any data of
these types.
It looks like no data is actually inserted in the DB, so the problem may lie at
a lower level.
