Website issue (unable to browse javadocs)

I am unable to browse javadocs on the site, e.g. http://commons.apache.org/collections/api-release/index.html Instead I see the following error message (in FireFox 3.5.7): The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. IE7
