The geolocation constants are not defined in Android:
PositionError.PERMISSION_DENIED
PositionError.POSITION_UNAVAILABLE
PositionError.TIMEOUT
They are documented here:
http://plugins.cordova.io/#/package/org.apache.cordova.geolocation
Not sure if this is a documentation bug. These constants exist in iOS.
