Joe Bowser reassigned CB-4675:
------------------------------

Assignee: Mike Sierra (was: Joe Bowser)

This is a quirk, and should be added to the documentation. I wish that this
quirk was better communicated in our processes, since I only found it in JIRA
after searching.

> cameraDirection option doesn't work?
> ------------------------------------
>
> Key: CB-4675
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-4675
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Android, Docs
> Affects Versions: 2.9.0
> Environment: Galaxy S2 (Android 4.0.4)
> Reporter: Shingo Toda
> Assignee: Mike Sierra
> Priority: Minor
>
> I tried calling {{Camera.getPicture()}} with {{cameraDirection=BACK or
> FRONT}} but only back camera was launched in both cases.
> As I saw following discussion, it seems to be difficult to implement this
> feature on Android.
> If you decide not to implement it, please add a quirk to the document.
