Bryan Higgins reopened CB-3798: ------------------------------- Assignee: Bryan Higgins (was: Jeffrey Heifetz) Re-opening this after talking with Jeff and others here. We believe the list discussion did not preclude an optional way to specify the path to node, just that the binaries could not be bundled in an Apache distribution. The idea is to allow users to drop a node installation into depdendencies\node or set an environment variable. > [BlackBerry10] Add node js path to global config file > ----------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CB-3798 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-3798 > Project: Apache Cordova > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: BlackBerry > Affects Versions: 2.8.0 > Reporter: Bryan Higgins > Assignee: Bryan Higgins > Fix For: 3.0.0 > > > Currently we require a specific version of node js be installed globally. > This may not be optimal for some developer environments. We should give them > the ability to point to a specific node executable if desired. > Related to: > https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-3797 -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
