Improve gitpod integration for easy contribution via gitpod.
Fineract gitpod configuration uses this image gitpod/workspace-mysql which
currently defaults to java 11 (which doesn't work with this project) even
though it already has java 17 installed.
Request is to add gitpod init task to make java 17 the default one.
