Hi [~kdunn926] Thanks for pointing it out. In our current discussion, if users 
specify with a existed table name, the "hawq register" tool will print a error 
message and then exit. We do not want to confuse user with the overwrite or 
drop behavior, we just let users themselves to drop. Does this make sense kyle?
