@saintstack When doing the change, I found some places that also set the forceFlushAllStores true, such as HRegion.bulkLoadHFiles, HRegion.flush and many unit tests. If we remove it, we should convert it to a list of all families in all that places, seems not a good choise. So i think use a enum would be more clear to understand, WDYT?
