There is a HivePrivilegeObject created in the SemanticAnalyzer that is used for
Ranger calls.
Ranger uses the owner as a filter when searching for objects. When the owner is
not passed in, Ranger calls get slowed down noticeably, causing a slowdown in
compilation time.
