Sometimes I see missing EOF in the PR. I would like to add an .editorconfig to
the repo in order to avoid mentioning in everytime in PR.

- collect useful options in .editorconfig that will speedup a review process
- present them to the community
- integrate the config into repository
- write documentation if needed.
