Summary: Improve SQL functionality test coverage

IGNITE-7628 shows test coverage lack.
We should add tests with basic SQL scenarios and BLT:
1. With node in a cluster which is not in BLT.
2. With offline node in BLT.
3. 1 + 2.
I believe, that we should start with extending next test:
org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.IgniteCacheAbstractFieldsQuerySelfTest
