http://www.apache.org/dev/release-distribution.html#sigs-and-sums now says, "An
SHA checksum SHOULD also be created and MUST be suffixed .sha. The checksum
SHOULD be generated using SHA512." Our release instructions
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IMPALA/DRAFT%3A+How+to+Release, say
to use sha1. We should fix the instructions after the 2.9.0 release is complete
so future releases use sha512.
