Summary: autocomplete does not work when updating a feature

When I update a feature (by reinstalling it), the console does not
auto-complete the feature name like it does when originally installing it.
I understand that older Karaf versions would not allow this, so it may have
made sense in the past to filter it out, but that no longer holds true.
Another option would be to add a new command feature:update that only
auto-completes currently installed features.
