It seems the problem is in the fact that the parent link is coded to always 
relativize the link, regardless of the site plugin settings. We have a 
situation where this is problematic because we move the entire generated site 
folder around to maintain the "latest" site for a particular project. When we 
do that move, the relative links to the parent sites are broken. Would it be 
possible to make the parent link respect the relativize option?
